It alone has jurisdiction to decide bankruptcy lawsuits, anti-bankruptcy settlement, possession lawsuits, and other lawsuits that the law stipulates its jurisdiction, regardless of their value. It is also competent to rule on appeals submitted to it against rulings issued by the District Court or by the judge of urgent matters therein.
