Sharia Issues Committee

The Sharia Cases Committee is a committee specialized in filing and following up on Sharia cases in the courts of the State of Qatar. It also provides the necessary legal consultations, which include:

  • Documentation of all types of agencies.
  • Conducting a marriage contract.
  • Divorce transactions of all kinds.
  • Managing orphans’ funds.
  • Guardianship and guardianship.

  • Estate issues.
  • Inheritance and registration issues.
  • Wills, exit arguments, and resolving disputes arising from inheritance.
  • Claims for gifts and bequests in case of death.
  • Alimony issues, including (wife’s alimony, father’s alimony, son’s alimony, surrogacy expenses, divorcees and widows…).
