Sharia Issues Committee
The Sharia Cases Committee is a committee specialized in filing and following up on Sharia cases in the courts of the State of Qatar. It also provides the necessary legal consultations, which include:
- Personal status issues (for different religions).
- Blood money issues.
- Islamic endowment issues.
- Documentation of all types of agencies.
- Conducting a marriage contract.
- Divorce transactions of all kinds.
- Managing orphans’ funds.
- Guardianship and guardianship.
- The stone, its removal, and proof of maturity.
- Estate issues.
- Inheritance and registration issues.
- Wills, exit arguments, and resolving disputes arising from inheritance.
- Claims for gifts and bequests in case of death.
- Alimony issues, including (wife’s alimony, father’s alimony, son’s alimony, surrogacy expenses, divorcees and widows…).
