Labor and Workers Committee
- The Labor and Workers Committee is a committee specialized in raising and following up on labor and workers issues. It also provides the necessary legal consultations, which include:
- Issues related to employment contracts, wages, rights, work injuries and compensation for them.
- Issues related to the employer imposing disciplinary penalties on the worker, or related to requesting exemption from disciplinary penalties.
- Cases brought to impose penalties stipulated in the Labor Law.
- Issues resulting from dismissal from work.
- Complaints related to the decisions of any competent authority in the General Organization for Social Insurance related to the obligation to pay social insurance fees.
- Issues related to government employees, including health care coverage for them.
- Issues arising from the application of the labor system and the social insurance system.
- All other types of disputes.
