Court Of Family

Family Law No. (22) of 2006 was issued, which stipulates that lawsuits and disputes related to family and inheritance matters shall be decided by one or more chambers of the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal, called the Family Court. It also authorized the Family Court of the Court of First Instance, which is composed of a single judge, to decide disputes related to family and inheritance matters determined by the Supreme Judicial Council.
